做法：
1、煮米饭：水多放些，米饭会比较粘。
2、制作寿司醋：白醋加适量白糖。今天的量是4/5碗白醋，4勺（调味罐的勺）白糖。
3、摊蛋皮：油不能多，烧热后关火，蛋液倒入，再开小火将边缘烘干。做的好的话，蛋皮会很薄，根本不用再翻面烘一遍。
4、其他原料：黄瓜、上海红肠、蛋黄酱等。
5、裹寿司：用寿司帘里垫一层塑料膜，铺上一张紫菜，米饭平铺至2/3处，放入蛋皮、黄瓜、红肠，中间淋上蛋黄酱，用寿司帘压紧，裹成柱状。
6、切块装盘：刀一定要好，否则会很费力，若是严重的话，寿司还会变形。
