话说在很久很久之前我是不吃茄子的。茄子不红烧是很难吃的，而我们家一瓶酱油半年都用不完，可想而知我们家的茄子是什么味儿。
再后来，上学后偶尔会去外面小炒炒个油焖茄子、鱼香茄子；但是食堂为了省油，茄子虽然酱色十足，口味也是差强人意。
来杭州后，被小伟的手艺折服也是靠着她的一盘茄子。再后来她到我家来露了一手，我也就偷偷地学来了烧茄子的手艺。
