原料：黄鳝三条，茭白三根，金针菇一把
做法：
1、黄鳝洗净，切片。菜场师傅会把黄鳝杀好，切成片，回来后洗洗血水就好了。听说黄鳝血很有营养，所以不必洗得太干净。
2、茭白切丝；金针菇洗净，切头。
3、锅内倒入少许油，加热后，倒入茭白和金针菇，加少许料酒，去除菇类的草腥气，加盐翻炒至七成熟，盛出备用。
4、锅内加油，放入葱姜炒出香味后，倒入洗净的鳝片翻炒，加料酒，翻炒约5分钟后加入适量水、生抽、盐、冰糖大火烧至沸腾，转小火，倒入事先炒好的茭白和金针菇，慢火炖煮15分钟。
5、装盘。
这段时间也一直在做菜，但一直懒得整理照片，晚上回家翻两页书就困的直打哈欠，外加鼠标落难，处理图片又缺不得鼠标，导致五月以来博客杂草丛生，乱七八糟的评论纷至沓来，流量大跌。特此自我批评。
