凉拌黄瓜新法
说是新法，因为还加了一道工序——热油淋。这招是一个河北的女生的传授的，屡试不爽。黄瓜清脆爽口，而且还有爆香的花椒味。
做法：
1、黄瓜去皮切断。
2、准备调料：两勺生抽、一勺醋、两勺白糖、一粒蒜头切末、干辣椒切末。
3、将黄瓜码在碗中，并浇上上一步制作的调料，浸泡1小时。
4、热锅加入少许油，放入适量花椒爆香。花椒香气四溢时关火，等热油稍凉（主要是担心烫坏了碗），淋在黄瓜上。伴随着“cici”的爆油声，奇迹就发生在这一刻。。。
