这道菜真的很简单，除了土豆、牛肉外，还有两样东西不可少，一个是洋葱，一个是胡萝卜。
做法：
1、牛里脊切块，放料酒、生粉、酱油腌制20分钟。洋葱切片，胡萝卜切块，土豆切块。
2、锅内加油，炒至牛肉变色。
3、加凉水，水位没过牛肉的1.5倍高处。把洋葱、胡萝卜、少量土豆块（用来入味的）放入锅内，加入3勺生抽，2勺白糖，大火煮开后转小火慢炖1小时。
洋葱会、胡萝卜的甜味会慢慢渗入，包括土豆的味道也会融入到汤汁中。慢慢就熬出了下图的颜色。
4、牛肉烂后，加入剩余的土豆块（用来吃的），少许盐，煮15分钟出锅。
记住，只要酱油、糖、洋葱、胡萝卜，味道保准顶呱呱~
