做法：
1、瘦肉丝用姜丝、一勺料酒、小半勺生粉、一小勺盐腌制20分钟。
2、小青菜洗净，切碎末（大概指甲那么大），入锅翻炒，加一勺料酒、一勺糖调、小半勺盐调味。盛起备用。
3、食用菇洗净，入锅翻炒，加一勺半料酒、小半勺盐调味。盛起备用。（菇类会有特殊的腥气，一定要加料酒除腥气）
4、西红柿切小块，备用。
5、适量熟米饭加适量水煮至沸腾，加入食用菇和西红柿，加适量盐调味，小火煮10分钟，再加入青菜、肉丝，煮3分钟即可食用。
在饭店吃饭，最后主食要一碗菜泡饭的时候，往往要等上个20分钟，偶尔里面的青菜还没煮熟，味同嚼草，翡翠碧绿的卖相就被糟蹋了。
前段时间智齿发威大肿，没办法嚼东西，在食堂只能吃炖蛋；某天挂完水回家，路过超市买了如上材料，加上前一天的剩饭，搞了半个小时，呼呼啦啦吃了三碗，鲜得本人都被自己的厨艺感动了，真的是一粒味精都没有哦。
