榄菜炒四季豆的失败率几乎为零，原因就在于榄菜的香味甚到四季豆中，以至于整道菜对火候、调味没有任何的要求。况且榄菜又是超市便可得的一类食品，任何一家大型超市都能找到，如下图。
榄菜炒四季豆的做法：
1、四季豆洗净，切成粒状；
2、锅内加油烧至7成热，倒入四季豆翻炒，加适量盐，至油被吸干。倒入少量水，加锅盖闷煮三分钟至熟。
3、加入适量榄菜，翻炒拌匀。
这道菜的特点在于：下饭、而且是一道下饭的蔬菜，这点很是难得。不过榄菜罐头含油量较高，不喜欢油太多的朋友，可以在炒四季豆的时候少放些油。
