第二次做烤鱿鱼，比一次成功很多。首先，尽量用色拉油，第一次用的是黄油，结果腻死；其次，可以多配些蔬菜，茄子、土豆应该都是不错的选择；第三，鱿鱼缩水严重，一定要备足分量，就算只买一条，也要用蔬菜滥竽充数，否则做下来烤盘显得太空旷了。
